The works of residence for dependent elderly people in Andratx They will begin this Monday, November 18. A project whose tender was awarded to UTE Vías y Obras Públicas SA-Rover Infraestructuras SA for a total of 7,417,080 eurostaxes included.
The residence will be located specifically in the Calle Son Lluís, 7on land offered by the Andratx Town Hall, and will have 60 places. It should be mentioned that once the work is completed, in the year 2027will be the first public residence built in the town.
The project was developed by Estudi Cano Lasso, SLP, and it is expected that the building will have up to three floors and a total constructed area of 3,713 square meters.
The Andratx residence was considered of regional interest in 2021, declaration renewed by the Government Council on January 26, 2024.
