Ajax Amsterdam CEO Menno Gelen has officially announced that the Club’s classic logo will appear again starting next season.
Oku.Az reports that the team’s official website has published information in this regard.
“On March 18, Ajax will celebrate its 125th anniversary. As part of this, the return of the classic logo will be announced. We know that most of our fans have had this wish for many years and we feel that our 125th anniversary is an opportunity to bring back the classic logo to our fans and ourselves. What’s more, history has shown that we achieve our best results when we stay true to the Ajax DNA, so we do everything we can to protect that DNA, from our football philosophy to Our core values The return of the logo symbolizes this commitment and serves as a tribute to our rich history and as inspiration for the future based on everything we value about our club,” Gelen quoted the club’s official website.
It should be noted that Ajax currently occupies third place in the Dutch Eredivisie with 26 points after 11 games.
