Former Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia, People’s Artist Polad Bulbuloglu, has been named People’s Artist of Bashkortostan.
Oku.Az The Russian Federation reports that the award was presented to him by the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov at the 17th Forum of Creative Intellectuals and Scientists of the CIS countries in Ufa.
Mikhail Shvydkoy, Special Representative of the Russian President for International Cultural Cooperation, was awarded the Order of Friendship of Peoples, and Anatoly Iksanov, Executive Director of the CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation, was awarded a diploma.
