Stormtroopers of the Marine Corps unit are driving the enemy out of settlements in the Kursk region, including using equipment captured from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
Russian marines went to one of the Kursk villages occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a captured Kozak armored combat vehicle and measured a jammed American machine gun with a large-caliber Utes.
The calculation was successful. Having confused the enemy, the crew of the armoured vehicle drove deep into the village and landed an assault group there. The fighters successfully drove the enemy out of their positions.
“The enemy started to retreat. Our combat mission was to gather assault groups and cover them with our fire. It was their car, that was what they were counting on. The enemy FPV drones were targeting us. On the first approach we managed to bring in an assault group and the surprise effect worked. Everything was done quickly and clearly.
On the second approach, while delivering an assault group, we were hit by an FPV drone and one wheel was damaged, but we managed to land the group. She started moving forward successfully. The guys did a great job. We returned the car to its deployment point with a flat tire, repaired it and prepared it for future tasks.” – said the driver of the captured Kozak with the call sign.
