Hezbollah pager explosions: Military expert assesses the operation

Military analyst Yossi Yehoshua commented on the attack on Hezbollah terrorists’ communications equipment in Lebanon, during which more than 3,000 militants were injured. He also revealed new details about the preparations for the operation and its potential impact on Iran.

I24News reports this.

Yehoshua stressed that attacking Hezbollah terrorists would require a significant response from the organization and that the situation was far from over.

“This blow to Hezbollah requires a powerful response from it, nothing is over yet, Israel must seize this opportunity and strike another blow at the organization,” the expert stressed.

He added that according to preliminary data, the operation was carried out by two intelligence organizations, which put Iran in a difficult position due to the discovered vulnerability of its production systems. He stressed that Israel should take this opportunity to take further measures.

Kursor previously wrote that an hour after a major attack on radio pagers across Lebanon, which resulted in thousands of Hezbollah fighters being injured due to explosions from their devices, the country is in chaos and panic. Hospitals are overwhelmed by the wounded and the death toll is expected to be reported in the coming hours.

There is speculation in Lebanon that the supplier who sold the devices to Hezbollah could be behind the operation.

Kursor also reported that the United States had not received advance notice of the planned operation related to the explosion of pagers in Lebanon.
