Dave considers the security policy at the prosecutor’s office (Kejati), and the prosecutor’s office (Kejari) is part of the implementation of official cooperation between the TNI and the Indonesian prosecutor’s office.
“The introduction of a memorandum (memorandum of understanding) between TNI and the General Chancellery, which is aimed at strengthening synergy between the institution in maintaining the stability and smoothness of the legal process,” he said.
He stated that the Commission of the House of Representatives I, responsible for defense, foreign, communication and information, as well as reconnaissance, and intelligence will perform the supervisory function of cooperation between two institutions.
