The Ibex 35 started Wednesday’s session virtually flat, with a slight drop of 0.03%which led the Madrid selection to be at 11,700.2 points at 9:00 a.m., a day marked by the decision of the American Federal Reserve (Fed).
However, the main indicator of the Spanish market, which had been at unprecedented levels since mid-April 2015, reversed a few minutes after the start of trading, when it began to rise by a 0.09%until 11,713.4 points.
THE Fedan organization chaired by Jerome Powell, will lower interest rates today for the first time in more than four years, adding to cuts already made by institutions such as the European Central Bank (ECB).
Elsewhere, the week will continue tomorrow with the Bank of England and Bank of Norway rate decisions, while this Friday it will be the Bank of Japan’s turn.
In the Spanish business field, Solariathrough its subsidiary Generia, has signed an agreement with Repsol Renovables for the provision of land search services, dialogue with owners and signing of the lease contract.
