The National Police agents of the Provincial Police Station of Salamanca proceeded, within the framework of the operation known as ‘Fistol’, to the arrest on the night of this Monday, August 26, of what they consider one of the main suppliers of cocaine in the capital of Tormes, who was in possession, as they believe, of a cargo prepared to supply the city with this substance during the fairs and festivals in honor of Santa María de la Vega.
At the time of his arrest, which took place in Valladolid, The man had a backpack containing 1.8 kilos of cocaine in his private vehicle, Arranged in two packages of 1,100 and 644 grams, respectively, as well as a bag of 50.6 grams. The prisoner, accused of crimes against public health, was placed at the disposal of the judicial authorities, who ordered his incarceration in preventive detention.
