The Cabinet of Ministers has determined the stages of transfer of employment contracts into electronic document format by employers.
Oku.Az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision on this matter.
According to the decision, state bodies, state-owned legal entities whose shares (stocks) are controlled by the state, employers who are public legal entities created on behalf of the state, large, medium, small and micro-entrepreneurs, as well as non-entrepreneurs, must transfer their employment contracts to electronic document format by July 1 of next year by the end of this year, and entrepreneurs of agricultural holdings and family businesses by the end of next year.
