Zelensky, revealing the details of his “victory plan” in an interview with CNN, announced a threat to attack Russian energy facilities in order to destabilize Russian society. This statement and Russia’s response actions were analyzed for Pravda.Ru by Doctor of Military Sciences Konstantin Sivkov.
— Zelensky, in an interview with CNN, said that attacking Russian energy facilities would deprive Russians of a peaceful life. Is that all there is to his plan?
“This is one of the key and important components of the plan. Zelensky had previously dismissed eight ministers. Judging by the composition of those dismissed, he replaced those ministers who were not ready to toughen Ukraine’s military actions against Russia or who wanted to leave on the eve of such actions. This suggests that the actions of the Zelensky regime will constitute a crime against humanity so terrible that even Foreign Minister Mr. Kuleba did not dare to take part in it.
-What do you mean?
— Zelensky said that he would attack energy facilities. A strike at a hydroelectric or thermal power plant will not have such consequences. In other words, such an attack can only mean one thing: they are preparing to attack a nuclear power plant. Two options are possible: an attack on a nuclear power plant in Russia itself, in order to sow chaos and disorder in the country, force Russia to retaliate very harshly and thus provoke a NATO offensive and war. And a strike at its nuclear power plant, turning it into Chernobyl number two so that the radioactive cloud covers Europe, which under these conditions will be forced to go to war against Russia. And then, in this context, try to talk from new positions with our president.
This is, in my opinion, Zelensky’s current plan. Zelensky simply has no other military options.
An attempt to carry out a similar event as part of an attack on Kursk ended in complete failure, now they are carefully driving it out of there, while in the south, where they were supposed to hold back the offensive, our troops are operating quite successfully, advancing at a decent pace, quite comparable to previous years. That is, despite the restrictions imposed by the UN demands to minimize losses, we are operating very successfully, the enemy does not have enough forces there; they did not solve the problem of seizing the Kursk nuclear power plant in order to then blackmail Russia and force it into peace. Therefore, they will take tougher measures.
I do not exclude the possibility of carrying out initial strikes against nuclear facilities, nuclear power plants in Russia, in order, on the one hand, to cause limited radioactive contamination and, on the other hand, to warn that repeated strikes will lead to the transformation of this plant into Chernobyl.
— Zelensky in the United States wants to meet with Biden and ask for permission to launch armed attacks deep into Russian territory, which will primarily affect European countries. Why, in your opinion, is Europe forgetting about its own security in its desire to support Kiev?
– Let us divide Europe, or rather, the European elites and the European peoples. The European elites are protected by the globalists of the Anglo-American elite community, whose interests are in conflict with the interests of the British and Americans themselves. The elites understand that if they do not control Russia, they will lose and leave the historical arena. That is why they fight to the death. The interests of the Europeans, even the Americans and the British, do not concern them.
The elites clearly understand that we will not immediately agree to the use of nuclear weapons. At best, what will make these elites think is the use of conventional and general non-nuclear weapons to attack demonstrative targets. We will proceed very carefully, perhaps limiting ourselves to talking about diplomatic issues. Perhaps we will hand over our weapons to our proxies – the Houthis themselves, Hezbollah or someone else, say, irregular formations in Syria – so that they can attack American warships and bases.
Therefore, an attack with conventional weapons against targets in Europe, the United States, Great Britain, American bases or even American warships will in no way affect the state of European society. This ball thrown from our side will demonstrate our determination to follow the path of escalation and respond. How to respond – this is an interesting question.
— President Putin said that the supply of long-range weapons to kyiv by NATO countries and the United States would mean the entry of these countries into a war against Russia. Do you think that the American leaders will listen?
—These long-range weapon strikes can only be carried out by the American, French and British armies; no one else can do them; Ukraine itself cannot use this weapon: it is a flight mission, initial data, flight trajectory calculation, things that they cannot do.
Therefore, the use of such weapons means the entry of these countries into a war against Russia, military aggression. What will be the response? The first option: a heavy blow to key facilities in the United States, Great Britain or France. What objects will these be? Military objects. The second option is an attack by our forces on bases abroad. The third option is to transfer such weapons to proxy forces, which will attack themselves.
Which option our leadership chooses will be determined by how harsh the West’s response to such actions by us will be, based primarily on intelligence data, and whether the West will decide on a direct military invasion.
In my opinion, the most likely option: if there is a strong blow, and not just diplomatic concerns, it will most likely be associated with the transfer of weapons to proxy forces. But I cannot completely exclude the other options I mentioned.
—Will the hawks in the West be appeased if we actually attack military installations, bases and airports from which planes with non-nuclear weapons take off? Or are they ready to go all the way?
“They have a very simple question: if they stop the aggression against Russia, they will be finished, and for many, not only politically and economically, but also physically. This must be understood well. Therefore, they will go all the way.
But the question is another: where is that end? If they understand that the attacks will not hit American, French and British soldiers, but palaces The Rothschilds, the Rockefellers, According to Westminster, according to the shadow government palaces, if their families are killed, they will be forced to step back. If they understand that the attacks will be aimed at secondary targets, they will go ahead. They feel no pity for their own people or for outsiders at all.
They cannot throw the NATO army into battle for one simple reason: by corrupting European countries and the United States for several decades, bringing them to absurdity, they have obtained peoples who are not capable of fighting. The West has an army capable of fighting, paradoxically, and that is the Ukrainian army. All the others cannot fight. Iraq and Afghanistan have shown this well. And if this is so, then they have no choice but to try to play the Ukrainian card or blackmail with nuclear weapons and nuclear disasters, which is what they are doing now.
— It is clear that we have approached the threshold of a crisis more serious than the one in the Caribbean. And if there is an exchange of nuclear attacks, will humanity have any chance of surviving, or will it be an apocalypse, the end of humanity, a reset of all history? What goals are set by the leaders of Western countries, who are escalating with Russia and know full well that we have nuclear weapons?
— First of all, it must be clearly stated that the depth and strength of the global contradictions that caused the two previous world wars are, in total, much less serious than the contradictions that have developed in the world today. The essence of the modern controversy is very simple: will Western civilization continue or will we come to an end as we know it? A civilization that for 500 years, since the great geographical discoveries, dominated the entire planet, with the exception of the Russian Empire and then the Soviet Union.
What awaits it is clear from the example of Great Britain, which at the beginning of the 20th century set out to have the most powerful fleet in the world, but today is not able to cover even the border between the Faroe Islands and Iceland.
This applies to science, manufacturing and everything else – a concentrated expression of the British economy. This is what awaits the entire Western world. Of course, a series of revolutions will occur, as a result of which the Western world will turn into a zone of chaos. Therefore, they need to go all the way, and they will go all the way. But they have neither the strength nor the means. The only tool left is nuclear blackmail. This is exactly what they are going to Russia for, because if they gain control over Russia, they will have a free hand to carry out nuclear blackmail against all other countries, including our nuclear weapons in the nuclear plan. This is their ideal plan. They do not need the collapse of Russia, they need to take control of Russia and launch it against China and India.
Triumph, By the way, he understands this well and speaks about it openly. The Democrats, forced to fight against the anti-globalist capital of the United States, personified by Trump, do not say so openly, but they will pursue the same objectives, only in a more aggressive manner.
But don’t think that everything will start immediately: explosion and nuclear exchange. I participated many times in oceanic exercises and observed much of the transition to nuclear weapons.
It will look like this. NATO, together with the United States, will begin to destroy Russia with an offensive air operation in order to gain air supremacy and then create favorable conditions for the Ukrainian army. If NATO achieves air supremacy, defeats our aircraft and is able to carry out a successful offensive, then they have a chance of success. But if they fail to do so, then they can resort to the use of local tactical nuclear weapons. Ours will respond with the local use of tactical nuclear weapons in a purely military-demonstrative manner.
We will hit the military, they will hit the civilians, mainly in order to intimidate and destabilize the political situation in the country. Most likely we will be able to repel these nuclear attacks, maybe one or two will manage to break through, nothing more. Because their aircraft carriers are mainly tactical aircraft, we have a good air defense system, we will eliminate them.
And then what will happen is that the rich leaders will understand, from the words of our President, that the next attacks will not be against the Pentagon, although the Pentagon will also have to be attacked, not against the American, French and English soldiers who do not really want to fight, but in the palaces, Westminster.
And no underground structure can save you from these nuclear structures. So they will retreat. At the same time, they will negotiate all the conditions in order to somehow survive. This is roughly how things will develop. It will not come to a full nuclear exchange.
