Leyla Aliyeva visited the family of national hero Mubariz Ibrahimov

Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva On September 18, he visited the family of Azerbaijani national hero Mubariz Ibrahimov in the village of Aliabad, Bilasuvar district.

AZERTAC reports that Leyla Aliyeva, who for the first time visited the house-museum created in the village where the martyr was born to instill in the young generation the example of war, patriotism and heroism of the National Hero, got acquainted with Mubariz Ibrahimov’s personal belongings and exhibits reflecting his life path.

Later, Leyla Aliyeva, who arrived at the house where Mubariz Ibrahimov’s family lives, chatted over tea with the father and mother of the Azerbaijani National Hero.

It should be noted that Mubariz Aghakarim oglu Ibrahimov was born on February 7, 1988 in Aliabad village of Bilasuvar district.

In August 2009, he began his military service on the front line. On June 19, 2010, at around 11:00 pm, Mubariz, who crossed the kilometer-long minefield between the two armies in the direction of Tartar, destroyed a large number of soldiers and officers of the Armenian Armed Forces in the first attack. M. Ibrahimov, who inflicted heavy losses on the enemy in a five-hour battle, was heroically martyred in an unequal battle.

President Ilham Aliyev Second Lieutenant Mubariz Ibrahimov was named “National Hero of Azerbaijan” after his death. The memory of the National Hero was perpetuated by another Decree of the President.
