The councilor of Social Services of the City Council of Socuéllamos, Azucena López Sanz, has turned out to be the only successful bidder in a municipal housing auction process in the city of Ciudad Real, as indicated by the State Public Procurement Platform and municipal sources confirm. half. PSOE studies legal incompatibility
The PSOE is studying a possible legal incompatibility of the situation. The socialist municipal spokesperson, Elena García, explains that the municipal group is waiting for a copy of “the complete file” to establish the legal actions that it can take, due to a “possible incompatibility” that the councilor could have, and “generating all the councilors” in this type of situation.
He also points out that one of the offers was also presented by a close friend of the councillor, “by chance”. “It’s a bit strange, and a month ago they presented a motion to demand the development of social housing by the Council. It’s paradoxical that a month later we find this again,” he points out.
The socialist councilor is also “struck” by the fact that the prize was awarded for a difference of only 15 euros. “In a first contact, the lawyers speak of a clear incompatibility between any public position and hiring, in general terms. It is a decision, but in the end, it is any type of legal act that could intervene between the councilor and the city council,” he explains.
