For almost two months, excavation work was carried out on the road passing through the courtyards of several buildings near the “Friendship of Peoples” metro station in Baku.
According to Khezerxeber.az, excavation work was carried out in the courtyard of residential buildings located at 118-121 Gara Garayev Avenue in the capital’s Nizami district and a layer of asphalt was dug up. The underground pipe has been repaired.
The neighbors’ complaint is that the asphalt layer was not reapplied in the part where the work was carried out.
They also informed the relevant institutions about the issue. Especially since the weather is rainy, the situation in the area is getting worse day by day.
During the investigation, it was found that some time ago an accident occurred in the underground water pipes at that address. Repair work was also carried out for this purpose.
