An outbreak of a previously unknown brain disease has been reported in Canada.

This disease is reported to affect young people under 45 years of age. Hundreds of people have already been infected in the country. In total, at least 40 people are known to have died so far.
Symptoms of the disease are noted to include anxiety and sleeping problems, pain in the extremities and imbalance, teeth chattering, severe muscle spasms, vision problems and hallucinations.
New Brunswick Premier Susan Holt has asked the Public Health Agency of Canada for help in investigating this mysterious brain disease. For this, the authorities have already allocated five million dollars.
