The Cordoba Orchestra will offer educational concerts to schoolchildren from more than 30 municipalities in the province

The Provincial Delegation of Córdoba, through its Culture Delegation, andat the Cordoba Orchestra They once again join forces to allow classical music to reach schoolchildren in the province through the “Didactic Concerts” program, which will take place at the Góngora Theater on November 19, 20, 21 and 22.

The delegate of Culture At the provincial institution, Gabriel Duque, explained that “we carry out this program in collaboration with the IMAE and it is aimed at schoolchildren from schools and institutes and students from music schools and municipal conservatories in the province of Córdoba” .

“We have been doing this since 2015 and the objective we are pursuing is to bring the classical music to all those students, who otherwise would not have the opportunity to listen to a classical repertoire performed by the Cordoba Orchestra”, he underlined.

On November 19, 20 and 22, the Gongora Theater at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and will address schools. On the 21st, it will take place at 6:00 p.m. and will be aimed at students from conservatories and municipal music schools.

The concert, entitled “An orchestra in dance”, will be enjoyed by children from the province of Córdoba de las localities de Bujalance, Montemayor, El Carpio, San Sebastián de los Ballesteros, Pozoblanco, Hornachuelos, Fuente Obejuna, Valsequillo, Los Blázquez, La Granjuela, Hinojosa, Priego de Córdoba, Aguilar, Silillos, Fuente Palmera, La Rambla, Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo, Fuente Carreteros, Puente Genil, El Guijo, Benamejí, Albendín, Palenciana, Santaella, La Carlota, Nueva Carteya, Lucena, Moriles, Valenzuela, Algallarín, Villanueva de Córdoba, Rute, Castro del Río, Montoro, Adamuz and Cabra.
