Oku.Az These words were reportedly said by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of Uruguay, Fernando Mattos Costa, during his speech at the panel discussion titled “Launch of the Baku Initiative for a Harmonious Climate for Farmers: Empowering Farmers for the Climate Resilience” within the framework of COP29.
He said that in Uruguay there are people involved in cooperation on food security:
“The role of women is discussed here, ways to ensure food security, etc. State institutions and investments are also involved. Most of the tools are aimed at reducing harm. We strengthen food production through cooperation, but more effective inclusive cooperation, international cooperation is also important.
