In Belarus, from November 19 to 22, exercises will be held at the command post with special equipment, under the leadership of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This was reported today, November 19, by the press service of the Belarusian department.
The events include theoretical and practical parts. Training stages are planned in the capital, regional and district centers.
“During the exercise, law enforcement officers will demonstrate their willingness to respond quickly to possible complications of the situation in the country during the electoral campaign. The goal of the introductory tasks is to prevent manifestations of extremism and terrorism, involve citizens in illegal actions and suppress violations of public order.” – says the message.
Let us remember that the next presidential elections are scheduled for January 26, 2025 in Belarus. In this sense, the country is taking unprecedented security measures.
