The president of the Central Investigation Court number 2 of the National Court, Ismael Moreno, summoned on Thursday the commissioner of the Koldo case, Víctor de Aldama, after asking to voluntarily testify in the proceedings in a document sent by his defense according to which it would change the trend maintained until now, since this businessman has chosen to remain silent both before the investigators and before the judge.
According to judicial sources, Aldama, who is in provisional prison for a hydrocarbon fraud case pursued by another court of the National Tribunal, chose to make a statement, which he did not do after his arrest last February , when he took advantage of his right not to testify.
The judge summoned him on November 21 at ten in the morning.
