Elkhan Mammadov, Director of the European National Associations Department of the International Football Federation (FIFA), has been appointed to a new position.
Oku.Az Referring to the institution’s press service, he was appointed Director of FIFA Member Associations.
The former Deputy Executive Vice President of AFFA was Jelson Fernandes.
It should be noted that E. Mammadov will take up his new position on November 1.
