The trial of a group of defendants in connection with the “Tatar case” took place in the Sumqayit court complex.
APA reports that today the prosecutor spoke at the trial presided over by Baku Military Court Judge Zeynal Agayev.
The prosecutor requested that Ramil Bashir oglu Ahmadov be sentenced to 10 years, Fuad Ramiz oglu Aghayev to 15 years, Fuad Arazi oglu Akhundov to 11 years, Javid Zahid oglu Agadadashov to 13 years and Gurban Gadim oglu Jumshudov to 13 years.
