“In universities, teachers can work between the ages of 85 and 90, but in secondary schools their activity ceases as soon as they turn 65. The same happens in health institutions.”
“Unikal” reports that this was stated by MP Malahat Ibrahimgizi at the joint meeting of the committees on Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology, Labor and Social Policy, Health, International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations of the Milli Majlis.
He suggested that the following articles be eliminated from the Labor Code:
“You have to monitor physical health and apply certain parameters. University graduates and those studying abroad do not travel to the regions. That is why there is a shortage of personnel.”
