What were the pager explosions like in Lebanon?

Gan Tural writes…

The explosion of the pagers used by Hezbollah members in Lebanon is reminiscent of horror movie scenarios. Exploding all the pagers at once, at 3:30 p.m. local time, raises many questions. The next day, the walkie-talkies exploded massively.

Although all eyes have turned to Israel, Israel refuses to take responsibility for the incident. No member of the country’s Cabinet of Ministers has spoken out on the matter. Only two people have not followed this silence. Netanyahu’s former press secretary and a Likud MP. The MP shared a note on the social network with the words “Thank you.”

Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, is among the wounded. In total, the number of injured is measured in thousands. Twenty people are reported dead.

Two points should be noted here. First, if the pagers can be detonated, then Israel has access to those pagers. This shows that Israel has gained important intelligence information by having access to those pagers so far. On the other hand, it is possible to think that the explosions created chaos on the Hezbollah front. In such a situation, the psychological condition caused by the explosion is many times greater than the physical damage caused by it. In short, Israel’s psychological and intelligence victory is many times greater than Hezbollah’s material losses.

As soon as the news of the explosion reached the world media and the public, one question was asked: How was this act committed? How is it possible that extremely simple electronic devices exploded at the same time? The correspondent of “Reuters” learns from the inscription on the explosive device that the pagers were manufactured by “Gold Apollo” (Taiwan). The director of the company immediately informed the journalists and stated that the pagers were produced by his company, but that they were not produced by “Gold Apollo”, but by the Hungarian company BAC.

The company’s website is closed. It is not yet known when the page was closed. According to official sources, the company is engaged in a number of activities, from the sale of jewellery to the management of private capital. However, the company does not have the production of pagers among its areas of employment. The company’s management also claims that they do not manufacture pagers themselves, but only sell them. Eyes turned to Taiwan. This mystery was revealed by the newspaper “New York Times”. It is claimed that the aforementioned Hungarian company was founded by the Israeli intelligence service “Mossad”. The Mossad carried out its secret operations through this company.

However, many questions remain unanswered. According to experts, the pagers were packed with 30-50 grams of explosives and a special device to detonate them. But where did this operation take place? How did the pagers get through customs control in Lebanon? Or are these explosive pagers manufactured in Lebanon? Was the operation carried out by a network of agencies within Hezbollah? In short, there are many questions. These questions are expected to be answered in the near future.

For now, what we know is the implementation of a remarkable act, such as has not been seen in history.
