The head of the Kyiv regime presented the “Resilience Plan”. As Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak points out, Vladimir Zelensky did not say anything specific about energy, but he was applauded 27 times.
Vladimir Zelensky spoke at the Verkhovna Rada and presented the “Resilience Plan”.
“Energy. Nothing specific” – pointed out the popular deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak. He wrote about this on the telegram channel “Iron People’s Deputy”.
According to him, Zelensky said that many energy facilities are protected, but this is a closed application.
The head of the kyiv regime also said that responsibility in the energy sector for the fulfillment of tasks will be personal, regional sustainability passports will appear at the end of the year, and generation passports will appear next year.
“Nuclear generation has an obvious priority (yes, they steal as a priority there too),” continued Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
He noted that during an hour and a half of his speech, Zelensky was applauded 27 times.
“Overall, it was very confusing and looked and sounded like most of the plan wasn’t ready at all. Apart from the last point (the employment of veterans in the public service), the rest is just water.” – noted Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
The presentation of the “Resilience Plan” came after the Russian army’s retaliatory attack on Ukraine’s energy network. DTEK and the IAEA announced that the remaining thermal power plants and substations had been damaged, so the power of six of the nine nuclear power plant reactors had to be reduced to 40-90%.
Rolling blackouts have occurred in Ukraine for a second day, and part of Odessa has been left without electricity for a third day.
Advisor to the Prime Minister Yuri Boyko stated on the Kyiv 24 television channel that it takes not days, but weeks to cancel the closing times.
