Civil Guard investigates mother who let 21-year-old son drive without a driving license

The Civil Guard investigation into a mother who let her 21-year-old son drive a car without a driver’s license. The events occurred at the beginning of this month of September in the province of Teruel. Everything started when a patrol from the Alcañiz detachment stopped the vehicle at kilometer 15,800 of the A-1415, in the municipality of Andorra, after detecting a traffic violation.

Likewise, they carried out an investigation into the mother as a necessary collaborator in the commission of the crime since she was, always in agreement with the Civil Guard, “the person who provided the vehicle that they own.”

By the accident investigation team of the Alcañiz road detachment, the corresponding procedures were carried out and They were sent to the investigating court No. 1 of Alcañiz.

For committing these acts, the young driver could face to imprisonment for 3 to 6 months, to a fine of 12 to 24 months and/or work for the benefit of the community for 31 to 90 days. For her part, the mother could also benefit from the same judicial treatment in terms of the sanctions indicated.
