The compensation for homicide or murder in our country seems ridiculous to me and this one (in the case of Daniel Sancho) seems very low,” says de Vicente. “Life never has a price but 100,000 euros is what is charged in the event of the death of a family member in a road accident,” adds the lawyer.
“In this case (Daniel Sancho), for the premeditated murder of a person, with subsequent dismemberment, the compensation of 100,000 euros seems very distant to me, given the seriousness of the facts and the fact that it would be closer to what the private accusation (more than 700,000)”, says de Vicente.
