After a brilliant victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, which will forever remain in the memory of our people, Azerbaijan offered Armenia peace and normalization of bilateral relations. President Ilham Aliyev He urged Yerevan to seize this historic opportunity and conclude a peace agreement based on mutual recognition of sovereignty and territorial integrity.

However, instead of fully implementing the provisions of the Tripartite Declaration of 10 November 2020, Armenia’s military and political leadership resorted to provocation and military escalation.

This is reported in a new story published on the “Calibre” YouTube channel.

It is noted that on September 19, 2023, two civilians were killed as a result of the explosion of a mine previously placed by Armenian sabotage groups on the Ahmedbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway. On the same day, a reconnaissance and sabotage group of the Armenian armed forces blew up a vehicle in which servicemen of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan were traveling, resulting in the death of four people.

Local anti-terrorist measures have been launched to prevent large-scale provocations in the Karabakh economic region, disarm Armenian units and expel them from our territories, as well as restore the constitutional structure in the region.
