350 electric buses will be deployed in Baku as part of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).
The “Report” reports that significant progress has been made in preparing for COP29, which will be held in Baku from 11 to 22 November.
Recent developments include the imminent completion of construction work on the Baku Olympic Stadium. In addition, 350 electric buses will be provided to facilitate passenger transportation, 4,000 additional rooms will be made available through bnetwork, and a temporary media centre will be created for global coverage of the event.
