The greatest of the judiciary, participant in the Patriotic War, Javanshir Nabiyev, was appointed as judge.
Oku.AzAccording to him he is the president Ilham Aliyev According to the Decree on the Appointment of Various First Instance Judges signed by him, a judge was appointed to the Lankaran Serious Crimes Court.
It should be noted that J. Nabiyev was born in Baku in 1990. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Academy of State Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
J. Nabiyev worked in the Ministry of Defense as an investigator, assistant to the commander of the military unit for legal affairs.
By order of the Minister of Defense, he was awarded the jubilee medal “95th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1918-2013)” and the jubilee medal “100th anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1918-2013) “(1918-2018)”.
It should be noted that J. Nabiyev participated in the 44-day Patriotic War that began on September 27, 2020. He was awarded the medals “For the liberation of Jabrayil”, “For the liberation of Fuzuli”, “For the liberation of Shusha”, “For distinction in battle” by the relevant orders of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as the 3rd “For distinction in military service” by order of the Minister of Defense. Awarded with the 2nd Class Medal and the 2nd Class Medal “For Distinction in Military Service.”
