The group stage of the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League season has ended. In the competition, in which Russia was not included, 54 teams from the continent competed in four leagues.
Oku.Az informs that once the group stage is over, the initial general classification of the teams has been announced. As the Romania-Kosovo match has not yet finished, changes in positions 33 to 38 are possible depending on UEFA’s decision.
However, the position of the Azerbaijan team is already clarified. Our qualified team, which took last place in group 1 of the C-league, was ranked 47th in Europe. Our team, led by Fernando Santos, is ahead of only seven teams.
