Asks Spaniards in Ukraine to “take extreme security measures” and always have shelter
The American diplomatic representation was the first to do so in the face of the possibility of a “significant” attack
From the Spanish Embassy in kyiv, they informed Spanish residents who are in Ukraine this morning that the head of mission will be closed to the public today facing the threat of a Russian attack, as EFE has argued and ABC has confirmed.
