In accordance with the requirements of the European Convention on Extradition of 13 December 1957, the request of the General Prosecutor’s Office for the extradition of Mammadov Allahverdi Mirza oglu, a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was granted by the competent authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Oku.Az reports that the Press Service of the Attorney General’s Office published information on this matter.
Allahverdi Mammadov was thus included on an international wanted list because there were well-founded suspicions that he had committed crimes of fraud, inciting bribery, falsifying an official document and attempting to organize illegal migration.
The necessary measures are currently being taken to bring the accused to our country.
