The United States sent two mine-detecting dogs to Azerbaijan

Two more mine-sniffing dogs were brought to Azerbaijan from the United States.

Oku.Az reports that this was shared on the “X” account of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan.

“Today, Danusia and I were honored to welcome a VIP delegation of four-legged heroes at the airport. Berta and Dum are two of six demining dogs who have arrived in Azerbaijan to join ANAMA’s mission to remove mines and unexploded ordnance. These brave Marshallese dogs and their hardworking American and Azerbaijani trainers play an important role in ensuring safer living conditions for communities across Azerbaijan,” said Ambassador Mark Libby.
