Honored Artist of Russia Dima Bilan plans to start a business; he has registered a legal entity. Tristum LLC appeared in early August this year, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).
The LLC was registered in Moscow by two founders, one of whom is Bilan, with an authorized capital of 100 thousand rubles. The artist’s share is 70%.
The company has chosen “retail trade by mail order or via the Internet information and communication network” as its main activity. The LLC may also engage in: production of other food products, other clothing and accessories, soaps and detergents, cleaning and polishing products, products for perfuming and deodorizing the air and waxes, perfumes and cosmetics, wholesale and retail trade of household goods, opening a restaurant or providing food delivery services, as well as producing films. In total, the documents indicate 24 additional types of activities.
