An unusual light appeared in the sky over Sumgait.
Citizens said that the remains of two large balloons that were flying in the air also fell to the ground. Many have associated it with UFOs or meteorites.
The Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory, Professor Nariman Ismayilov, clarified the issue.
