Until the end of September, the weather will be favourable, despite the drop in temperatures, so the Indian summer, which comes after bad weather, should be expected in October, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, told RIA Novosti.
“This year’s Indian summer, God willing, will be in October, but, of course, in the October version, because now even a drop in temperature is not accompanied by rain – an anticyclonic weather regime. In the last five days of September, light, but not very cold precipitation is forecast, temperatures above 15 degrees, so we will expect a cold snap with inclement weather, precipitation, gusts of wind, and only then will we enjoy the Indian summer.” – said Vilfand.
