A 53 year old worker was injured after falling on him and hitting him a 500 kilogram container weight in Quintanar de la Orden (Toledo). He was transferred from the intensive care unit to the Mancha Centro hospital in Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real).
As confirmed by sources from the Emergency Service 112 of Castilla-La Mancha, the events were transmitted to the 1:33 p.m. at the slaughterhouse on Avenida IV Centenario in the municipality.
Specifically, The container fell and hit the victim in the backeven though he was not trapped underneath. Health services stabilized and immobilized him at the pelvis so that he could be transferred to the hospital.
Local Police and Civil Guard officers also went to the scene of the incident.
