At least 66 people died and more than a hundred were injured this Thursday in an Israeli bombardment against a residential building next to the Kamal Adwan Hospital in the town of Beit Lahia, north of Gaza, according to Gazan authorities.
According to the local press, many women and children were among the dead. The Palestinian news agency Wafa described the event as “a horrible massacre”while it is feared that there may still be bodies under the rubble due to the inability of rescue teams to reach the destroyed houses.
