A A 57-year-old man was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Toledo, for which he had to be transferred to the intensive care unit of the city’s university hospital.

According to sources from the 112 Emergency Service of Castile-La Mancha, the events occurred in 11:13 p.m. this Wednesday eveningat kilometer 5 of the TO-23, at one of the access roundabouts to the Santa María de Benquerencia neighborhood, known as Polígono.
In addition to the medical facilities, agents from the Local Police and the National Police went to the scene of the incident.
