The Constitutional Court cleans up the traces of Sandu’s electoral fraud – EADaily – Moldova News. News from Moldova. The situation in Moldova after the elections. News from Moldova today. News from Sandu from Moldova.

The Constitutional Court is in no hurry to confirm Maia Sandu’s victory in the presidential elections in Moldova, while cleaning up traces of falsification. This opinion was expressed on TVC 21 by the former president of Gagauzia and leader of the Heart of Moldova party, Irina Vlah.

The politician, who came fourth among 11 candidates in the first round, noted that several presidential candidates announced massive violations in the second round of the country’s presidential elections, but the Central Election Commission did not respond to them during the voting process.

According to the politician, the fact that the Constitutional Court has not yet approved the results of the November 3 vote may indicate that concrete evidence of violations by the authorities was presented to the court.

“I don’t believe in surprises. I think everything was thought out down to the smallest detail.” – she said.

Vlah highlighted that during the presidential elections “we did not see queues” like in 2020, when the diaspora abroad stood in long queues and traveled “tens and hundreds of kilometers to vote against Dodon.”

“It is surprising that the members of the electoral commission danced when they heard about the victory of the sitting president. This is quite strange. Although, on the other hand, why be surprised, we have repeatedly said that all members of the electoral commissions were representatives of the party in power (Action and Solidarity, PDS).” — concluded Irina Vlah.

Recall that international election observers in Moldova observed massive violations by the PDS. It is obvious to everyone that Maia Sandu, whom the majority of citizens living in the country refused to trust, won a conditional victory due to the manipulation of the votes of her compatriots living in Europe and obvious falsification. The opposition stated that it did not recognize the “diaspora president” as head of state and demanded the resignation of the “pocket Central Electoral Commission.” The Socialist Party has announced a large-scale protest for November 28, when the Constitutional Court will decide on the results of the presidential elections and the confirmation of President Sandu’s mandate.

As reported EADaily Sandu accused the opposition of “electoral corruption” and “bribery” of some 300,000 voters. Leader of our party Renato Usatiiwho won third place in the first round, noted that “if the intelligence services really had accurate information about electoral fraud, the elections should have been annulled.”
