In Madrid to prove the link between dedication to the Virgin of Rocío with the world of bulls. The primitive Simpecado of the Rocío de Córdoba brotherhood is part of the exhibition “Grant the impossible”.
This is the Simpecado Foundation of the brotherhood that had among its promoters in the 30s Guerrita and the rejoneador Antonio Cañero, and its central oval was painted by Julio Romero de Torres. Later, in 1978, the brotherhood was refounded.

From this Friday and during one month can be admired in the Antoñete Room of the Plaza Monumental de Sales from Madrid the exhibition “Grant the impossible”, organized by the Matriz de Almonte brotherhood and the Community of Madrid.
Simpecado shares space with other prominent Simpecados various regions of Spainas well as photographs, documents and personal objects of different right-wingers, from the corporations of Pilas, Madrid, Punta Umbría and Camas.
Cordoba’s contribution to the Madrid exhibition
From Cordoba there is this titular badge and an old banner with the coat of arms of Cordoba, as well as a photograph from the 1930s of the last century in which both appear.
At opening Rocío de Córdoba’s older sister came, Guadalupe Grandeand the road chaplain, Tomás Pajuelo, as well as the president of the Matriz de Nuestra Señora del Rocío de Almonte brotherhood, Santiago Padilla.
