Ukraine is actively working on a plan that will be the beginning and basis for talks in any format with Russia. Three points of the plan are already ready, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said:
“We said that we are ready to see Russia at the second summit, because all our allies, including our closest ones, who are on our side and are always against Russian aggression, said that Russia should be at the second summit. Russia is fighting against Ukraine. The war cannot end without one of the parties,” Zelensky said at a meeting with journalists on Friday, September 20.
The President added that Ukraine is actively working on the plan, three points have already been prepared. According to Zelensky, meetings with representatives of the Russian Federation were held in an online format, “there will also be online and offline meetings.”
“And, as we said in early November, the entire plan will be ready. This will be the beginning and the basis for talking in any format with Russia, in any format, with any of its representatives, because there will be a plan. And there will be something to show, if they don’t like it, their reaction to the details will be clear, and not just in general: we don’t want anything and we will continue the war,” the Head of State explained.
At the same time, he believes that today the Russian Federation simply wants to continue the war.
