Tamerlan Zeynalov, a former judge of the Khatai District Court, was sent to the Republican Psychiatric Hospital.
According to information obtained by “Gaynarinfo”, on September 19, a citizen named Irada Aslanova turned to the 20th Police Department of the Nasimi District Police Department and filed a complaint about her.
The whistleblower said that Tamerlan Mammadov (his last name was Zeynalov, but later changed to Mammadov – ed.) came to his address, turned on the lights, made strange noises, wrote notes on his car and bothered him by knocking on his door.
Even after he was taken to the police station, he behaved inappropriately. During the investigation, it was revealed that the person was treated many times at the Republican Psychiatric Hospital. For this reason, he was sent back to the Republican Psychiatric Hospital.
It should be noted that Tamerlan Zeynalov (Mammadov) worked as a judge of the Khatai District Court and then as a lawyer. In 2019, he was charged with fraud and bribery. Nasimi was arrested in the courtroom by decision of the District Court.
