General Mohammad Jafar Assadi, one of the top representatives of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), made a resounding statement in a media interview, addressing the country’s Jewish community. He called on Iranian Jews to actively oppose Israel based on their interpretations of the Quran.
This was reported by the Alexey Zheleznov Telegram channel.
Assadi, who previously led Iranian troops in Syria, blamed the Jewish people for the “historic suffering of the Muslim world.” He said that, in his opinion, Jews are sworn enemies of Islam, citing Quranic texts. The general added that he considered the Jews “devoid of honor and courage” and accused Israel of “a disgrace to all humanity.”
Asadi said Iran and other countries are helping suffering Muslims in Gaza, which he believes is their duty. He also expressed discontent that Jews in other countries, such as the United States and Europe, do not condemn Israel’s actions.
