NEW DECISION by Ali Asadov on artificial land zones created in the Caspian Sea

The Cabinet of Ministers approved by its decision of January 12, 2015 “In cases where there is no detailed plan or when it has expired, for the purposes of obtaining a building permit or information procedure, construction projects must be submitted to the planning documents of the area where they will be implemented (master plans and (or) general plans), as well as amended the Rules for determining compliance with the requirements taken into account during the preparation of the detailed plan.

Oku.Az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decision on this matter.

According to the decision, there is no need to draw up an urban planning justification for the purpose of construction on the artificial land created in the section of the Caspian Sea (lake) belonging to Azerbaijan.
