THE Local police arrested on September 17 drunk man, 34 years old and of Colombian nationality, for having attacked his wife in the presence of his daughter in the Palma de Mallorca neighborhood Gotleu SonHe is accused of a crime of gender-based violence.
As reported by the police force in a statement, a patrol from the Immediate Intervention Unit (UII) went to a house in the aforementioned neighborhood where a man was destroying all the furniture in the house.

With all these indications, the police arrested the man for an alleged crime of gender violence and, while waiting for a vehicle to take him to the San Fernando building, he began to contemptuous of the police and seriously threatening his partner and daughter.
At the same time, in the living room of the house, one of the officers questioned the victim of the assault, who explained that when the man returned from the bar, he began to arguing because of jealousy and to break objects. At that point, and according to the victim, the man approached her and, grabbing her by her clothes, he headbutted him.
SO, the girlwho was a witness, fearing that the attack would continue, I had a drink and told the man to leave her. However, not only did he not stop, but he started chasing her, breaking everything in his path. Finally, the young woman managed to get out into the street and from there she called 112 to ask for the police.
The Judicial Police Division began the police procedure which, once completed, was transferred with the detainee to the Guard Court.
The risk assessment carried out by the Family Protection Unit (UPFA) gave an average result; therefore, the appropriate measures were adopted for their protection established in the Viogen protocol.
