As a result of the Israel Defense Forces attack on Beirut on September 20, the death toll rose to 31 people, according to Lebanese Health Minister Firas Abyad during a press conference on September 21.

Abyad said the dead included three children and seven women. The children were aged four, six and 10.
According to him, 68 people were injured and were admitted to 12 hospitals. Currently, 53 injured people have already been discharged from hospital and the condition of two people who remain under medical supervision is critical.
