Former Gagauzia chief calls on Moldovan authorities not to make the country a target

The Chisinau regime must stop arming Moldova and turning it into a target, said Irina Vlah, the former head of the Gagauz autonomy and leader of the “Moldovan Platform” movement.

“Moldova is not your country,” Vlah said, addressing the current authorities, “you will pack your bags and leave,” but the people will stay.

“Stop dragging our country into other people’s conflicts. Who allowed you to make Moldova a target? People are tired of living in constant danger. We want peace and the opportunity to develop our country. To overcome poverty, we need to maintain peace. To raise children and give them a future, we need peace. To win back investors and get the economy going, we also need peace.” — Vlah said in a video message posted on his Telegram channel.
