In this sense, Borrell recalled that the decision of the Hague court is “binding” and that all EU countries, both to the extent that they are members of the ICC, “are required to implement this judicial decision.”

ICC issues arrest warrants for Netanyahu

This Thursday, the ICC issued arrest warrants against Netanyahu and his former defense minister, as well as against the operational leader of Hamas, for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated as part of the military offensive launched more than a year ago on the Gaza Strip.
