Thus, the police received information about the murder of Elvin Ibrahimov, born in 1985, in the city of Yevlakh.
As a result of the measures taken by the police, Zamin Javadov, born in 1981, a resident of the district, was detained on suspicion of committing a criminal act. According to preliminary information, the incident occurred due to personal relations.
