Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine has not yet received permission from the United States and Britain to use long-range missiles deep inside Russian territory.

“Neither the United States nor Britain allowed us to use these weapons on the territory of Russia, against targets at any distance. We have not used long-range weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation,” Zelensky said.
According to media reports, London, together with Washington, could allow Ukraine to use long-range Storm Shadow missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.
